You can change your password by clicking the I forgot my user ID or Password link from the Sign in page. Since you can't access the phone, you can enter your email address instead of the phone number, then you should receive a message that allows you to reset the password of your login credentials.

You might've not set up the security question in QuickBooks the reason why there's nothing to pop up. To reset your password, you can use the Automated Password Reset Tool.
