When opening an inactive company file, you'll be able to do it under Canceled Companies. Please take note inactive companies will only display on the lists within a year from cancellation.
Beyond this period, your data will be deleted. Let's take a look at this sample screenshot below:
In your case, since the company has been inactive for over a year, we don't have an option to open it and view the data. I'd recommend exporting your data the next time you inactivate a company file. This way, you'll have a copy of the details, transactions, reports added to your QBO account.
