I'm here to ensure you're able to print a bank register report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @timasurmeli. This way, you can effectively monitor your accounts and the complete list of your transactions.
Let's go to the Chart of Accounts page to view your bank register's transaction list. Then, print a PDF copy by selecting the Print option. For the step-by-step guide, here's how.
- Go to the Accounting menu.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Find the bank account, then click View register under the Action column.
- On the Bank Register page, click the Print List icon.
- Click Print.
I've attached screenshots below that show the first four steps.

Also, you can select the Run Report button on the Chart of Accounts page to view the complete list of your accounts in QBO. You'll be routed to the Account List report where you can print a PDF copy accordingly.
Additionally, I'd recommend checking out this article if you wish to learn more about what bank and account registers are and what you can do with them: What are account registers in QuickBooks Online?. It also includes details about reviewing transactions on your bank register.
