Hello sudir,

Currently, the reports in QuickBooks Online can only be exported to Excel or PDF.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click Reports on the left menu and search for the report.
  2. Click the Export option (paper icon).
  3. Select Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
  4. Save it on your computer.

Afterwards, we can look for an Excel to TXF or PDF to TXF converter online. This will be our workaround to ensure you can have the file needed for TurboTax.

Adding more formats when exporting the reports would be a great idea. I'll share this to our Product Development Team. They'll review it and might be put into consideration for product updates.

We'll be right here if you have more ideas that would help us improve the program to suit your business needs. We'll be glad to hear more from you. Have a great day!

Hey there KennyK.

Thank you for dropping by the Community, currently, transferring txf files with our QuickBooks Desktop program is unavailable. I would recommend checking our app store. There you can find numerous third party apps that may be able to help you convert your files in this manner. I'm also including a helpful link to our TurboTax support channel, they can help you with more specific questions geared towards TurboTax.

If you have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime. Thanks and I hope you have a lovely afternoon.
