I cancelled subscription. But later I saw the charge posted for April. I had to cancel it again. I cannot trust the cancelling subscription process. No customer service!!

Please give me a phone number for a customer service representative. OMG.

You can also do the following after canceling the account: 

 

  • Print necessary financial and payroll forms and reports you might need in the future.
  • Pay any outstanding tax deposits and filed tax forms.
  • Make your own arrangements to retain the data after that time.

 

To print or export reports:

 

  1. Go to the Reports menu and select the report you want to print or export.
  2. Find the report you want to save a copy for, then click to open it.
  3. Make sure to select the correct dates before running it.
  4. When the data is correct, click the Print or Export icons.

This is exactly why I am trying to contact a real person.  They just charged me $499.95 and I cancelled in April as well.  I'm sick of this automation crap.  Give me a person.
