I'm receiving the same email and I am concerned that my QB Online Plus will be inaccessible at some point due to this so called trial subscription expiring. I checked my subscription area and it clearly states I have a Tech Soup subscription. Did you experience any issues after your "trial" expired?

Don't worry, If your trial subscription is expire. You will still have your QuickBooks data files for a year. However, If still receiving email saying your subscription is expire yet the subscription is still active.

The online trial that was created somehow has expired, but it did not affect my subscriiption thru Tech Soup for non profits. This issue can be closed.
