Because Essentials has more features compared to Simple Start, some of the functionalities you've grown accustomed to will no longer be available if you downgrade your subscription.
For instance, you'll lose the ability to manage multiple users, track billable hours, and use time-tracking features. Please refer to the table below for a more detailed comparison of the two subscription plans:
