I have problem with Online QB backup, i can't find any backed up files on both my dropbox

I have tried several time of scheduled local backup to both the google drive and dropbox by the QB online backup app, however no files being backup till now

Hi there, @peepeelia-cheng-.

 

Let's make sure that you're using QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced so you can back up and restore your data. If you had the QBO Advanced subscription yet no files are being backed up to Dropbox or Google Drive, I recommend saving and scheduling your backups through a private window. This way, we can check browser-related issues while working with QuickBooks.

 

 To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

From there, save and schedule your backups

 

If it works fine, you can go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

 

If you had QBO Simple Start, Essentials or Plus, you may export your data to Excel to back up and save your entries.
