I need to set-up a second business using the same email address. How can I accomplish this? I attempted to open a new account but ran into the email issue.

You can still use the same email address for different subscriptions in QuickBooks. Simply enter the same email address. Once a prompt tells you that "This user ID is already taken", just click Sign in.

Also, you can scroll down to the bottom part and click Sign in after the question "Adding a company to an existing account". You can refer to the screenshot below: 

In addition, I've included the link where you can find the different types of subscriptions offered in QuickBooks Online (QBO): https://quickbooks.intuit.com/pricing/.

Once you've subscribed to more than one company, you'll have the option to switch them in QuickBooks.

You can also review each subscription level of QBO and associated costs to help you find the best version of QuickBooks for your small business.

As additional note,  make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.

If you are using QuickBooks Desktop, you can create a new/additional company file with a new EIN. For QuickBooks Online, you will need an additional subscription for each EIN. You can use the same email address, however, you must have separate subscriptions for each EIN. Make sense? Let me know if you have any other questions, or if I can help in any additional way.
