Switch between company files in QuickBooks

If you are subscribed to more than one company, you can switch between them quickly.

A lightbulb icon If you're interested in support any time, any day, consider upgrading to QuickBooks Online Advanced.

  • Go to Settings Settings gear icon..

  • Under Profile, select Switch Company.

  • From the list, select the company you want to switch to.

The company you selected will now be active.
