Since Community is a public forum and we're unable to pull up your account for security reasons. I suggest reaching out to our Customer support team. From there, they have the tools to verify your account and help you with expired service.  

 

Here's how to contact support: 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Help menu and then click Contact Us.
  3. Provide query information and then hit Let's talk.
  4. Choose to Start a chat or Get a call.

 

Also, you can check our support hours to get in touch with them at your most available time.

It is a 3rd party app, not QB Online. Login to our QB Online account as Primary Admin and navigate to he Billing and Subscription menu.
