I can share with you the steps on how to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription. You'll find it in the Account and settings, under Billing and subscription. Please know that hour QuickBooks Online chat and phone supports are available during weekdays and Saturdays. You can check our support hours for more details.
Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Go to the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Select Continue to cancel, then click Continue to cancel again.
- Follow the next steps and select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Finally, click Got it.
Once you're done, we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we cancelled your subscription.
