I want 2-sided to remain selected for all reports and not have to select it each time

For now, the option to not select it each time for all selected reports is currently unavailable. You will need to manually select it whenever you want to print the 2-sided report.
Aside from the workaround my colleague provided, I also suggest exporting the report to Excel and modifying it based on what you need then adding the other reports to print it.

Moreover, you can look for 3rd party app that will allow you to perform the printing 2-sided report.
