I'm sad to hear you're experiencing difficulties with importing transactions for your credit card account, and it seems that the tabs you were previously referring to are no longer available, @jillatbackbone.
Rest assured, I'm here to help you resolve this issue and ensure a smooth importing process for your credit card transactions.
But before that, may I know if you receive an error message when importing the data? Aside from that, can you provide a screenshot of the tab you're referring to? Any additional information and screenshots you can share would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is to ensure that we offer you precise steps and accurate information to resolve this matter.
Additionally, let's make sure to use the correct file format when importing your transactions in QBO. Keep in mind, that the maximum file size is 350 KB. If the file is too big, shorten the date range and download transactions in smaller batches. This way, you can import your data successfully in QBO.
Finally, I've added a link you can check out that provides answers to frequently asked questions about importing data in QBO. It includes an explanation of what types of data can be imported into QBO: Common questions about importing data to QuickBooks Online.
Keep me in the loop if you have other concerns, @jillatbackbone. I look forward to assisting you further and ensuring a smooth importing experience for your credit card transactions.
This is Lanae and I'm looking for articles to help me with my problem. The second photo you are showing here where I should have a dropdown for a Quickbooks account, It is not highlighted and doesn't give me a dropdown. Can you help me? The continue button also won't allow me to move on so i'm stuck.
I can definitely help you, Lanae. My goal is to work alongside you to overcome this roadblock and figure out the reason behind the missing dropdown when selecting a specific QuickBooks account. Together, we'll troubleshoot this issue, enabling you to move forward with your work and successfully upload your transactions. I'm committed to finding a solution that will get you back on track.
At this time, there is no ongoing investigation about a missing dropdown when choosing the account from which the transactions are imported. As a result, you are also unable to click the Continue button.
In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps to rule out the possibility of a browser issue. Sometimes, accumulated cache files in your browser cause unexpected behavior, such as the one you're experiencing. Start by logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account using an incognito or private window. Please refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:
After doing so, check if the dropdown is now visible. If this resolves the problem, return to your default browser and clear the cache to refresh the page. Alternatively, other supported browsers could be utilized.
