Join nowI cannot get into my QuickBooks account. When I try logging in it says, "Unfortunately, there is no QuickBooks Online company or QuickBooks Accountant account associated with [email address removed]. But don't worry! Here's a few options to get you to the right place" and I try signing-up for a new account it says that I already have an account.
I attempt to have my company send me an invite and it tells me to register, to which it says that I already have an account. When I try logging in it says "There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it."
I was on the phone with the representative for over an hour with a lady and another hour with chat support with Jubeth T and all they kept telling me to do was reset my password, try using incognito, recover my account, try copying and pasting!! NONE of this works and I don't know how many times I had to tell them that trying the same thing over and over again for an hour will not help and waste my time.
The rep did nothing try to make me repeat these steps in different ways to everyone's surprise... it didn't work.
Is there really no one on Quickbooks that can help me. I am appalled at the low level of critical thinking, quality of service, and honesty they have. Keeping me on the phone rather than just telling me they can't fix the problem. I HAD TO ASK THEM CAN YOU REALLY HELP ME an hour later and they said NO! Wasting my time and money.
Do you have both QBO account and QBOA account with the same email address?
Thanks for providing detailed information regarding your concern, Ty191.
Have you tried clearing the cache on the browser that you're using? There is a possibility that the cache is piled up on your browser and causing the issue.
Also, you can try removing the saved password on your browser settings. After that, let's attempt to log in to your account again. Here's the log in link for QBO: https://qbo.intuit.com/.

No none of these work. There is a problem with my actual QB account on your side. I have done everything with our IT personal and we could not fix the problem.
Is there really no way of contacting someone who can actually help me.
Why would that matter? I only made an account when I signed-up for the QBO Seminar. Then when I trying making an account for QB Accountant it says i already have an account. When I try logging in it says that i dont have an account..............
Thanks for getting back to us here, @Ty191.

I feel for you. I have had numerous problems with the circular reasoning and explanations this company provides. I'm beginning to wonder if Intuit is on the verge of collapse or something since the only thing they seem to focus on is getting their fees from you or freezing ACH payments. You know, to verify that the funds are there, when it's really so they can draw an extra day of interest for themselves. I think they are too bloated to be effective anymore.
Good Luck
