Yes, QuickBooks Online has an option to do a manual backup. I'm here to show you how to do it.
There's a feature in the QuickBooks Online Advanced plan to create a backup file. You also have the option to restore it. If you're using either Plus, Essentials, or Simple Start, you'll want to upgrade first to Advanced.

If you wish not to upgrade your subscription, visit the Apps menu. From there, you can search for a third-party application that can back up and restore QuickBooks Online data.
