Hello there, hoosiercustomeca.
In QuickBooks Online, when you connect your account to online banking, the system will only ask you to enter a username and password.
Sometimes a financial institution will have multiple bank names on the list, or they might have different types of accounts but only choose to release one website for QuickBooks Online connection.
You'll want to try other versions of your financial institution to ensure you have the correct bank.
Here's how:
I'm adding this article for reference: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online. You can also share the name of the bank you're trying to connect with, so I can look or updates from our Online Banking Team.
Please let me know if you're able to connect your bank by adding a reply below. I'll be around to help you out again. Thanks.
Thank you, for 1St. Source Bank, their business account for online banking is the URL I provided when trying to link the account to Quickbooks and you need all 3 pieces of info I listed in my original post.
Hi there, @hoosiercustomeca.
Allow me to share some details about the needed credentials to link your bank account in QuickBooks Online.

If that's the case then I shouldn't have nay problems but I do cause I can not connect my bank account.
Hi hoosiercustomeca,
As I see this, there are only two connections for the 1st Source bank, and I'm sure you've already tried both. Therefore, there is something that we need to find out why you're unable to connect. And for this reason, I would recommend contacting our Support team so they can use a screen-sharing tool and capture the necessary data to investigate this further. They are open from 6 AM to 6 PM PST Monday through Friday.
In the meantime, you can upload your bank transactions so you can start managing them.
If you have other questions, feel free to go back to this thread.
Has anyone figured this out yet? I cannot log in for 1st Source, either.
Hi H3lpNeededm
We've already informed our engineers about this behavior. There's actually an open ticket (INV-53016) for this. I'd recommend contacting our Support team so they can add your account under it for updates. They have the tools to do that.
While waiting for the solution, please consider uploading your transactions.
If you have other questions, feel free to add a comment below.
Thank you for your patience.
