Hi there, @ivonsestia.
Once you've successfully accepted the invitation, the client's company file/s should appear under the Go to QuickBooks drop-down or on your Clients lists. If not, can ask your client to remove you from the Manage Users page, then initiate the invite again.
If you're getting the same result, I'd suggest logging into your account through a private window to check the client's companies from there. This way, we can check if the issue is affected by the browser you're using.
You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
If it works fine, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.
Alternatively, you can add your client to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) Accountant account.
You can also learn more about what to do if you don't see a client's company on your client list from here: Find missing client companies in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
Once settled, you're now ready to manage your clients in QBOA. If you need to get started with bookkeeping, here's how to open and review your client's books.
Let me know in the comment section below if you have any other follow-up questions while handling your clients' files in QBOA. I'm always here to help. Have a good one!
