Update: I located it through QBO Certification. It’s under Setting up Clients, there is a link on the second slide. Hopefully this will save someone else time!

New Client Checklist can be found via this path QB Accountant >> Pro Advisor >> Workflows for onboarding clients into OBO >> Onboarding clients who are new to QBO >> Meet the client and gather information dropdown, >> Click on New Client Checklist in blue and download.
