We have 2021 Desktop Premiere Nonprofit Edition. We are opening a new business under our current one. I am needing a second company file. Is it as simple as selecting "New File" under File and entering the 2nd company's information? I don't want to change anything for our current file. We have already purchased a new Quickbooks license for the 2nd company. Just not sure how to run 2 companies on one computer.

So, we can have 2 companies under one license? Can I get a refund for the one we bought and haven't used?
We have a payroll subscription for the first company -- will it work for the second company, or will that need to be a separate purchase?
Thanks in advance for the help.
Thanks for getting back in here, @fincoord.
