New employee

I accepted my invite but can no longer be invited and I do not have all my info entered. How do I get back to it ?

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community, @DawnBorzon. I'm here to ensure that you can resend the invite.

 

If you already have a login, sign in to your QuickBooks account if you are one of the users and Workforce for the employees. Then, enter your information. If you get the same result, you can ask the admin or your employer to resend an invitation. 

 

Here's how to resend the user invitation:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Manage Users under Your Company.
  3. Locate the user you wish to re-invite.
  4. In the Action column.
  5. Hit Resend invite.


For QuickBooks Workforce, you can check the steps under QuickBooks Online, then go to 
Resend or cancel an invitationInvite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more.
