Welcome to the Community forum, @LR04-08. I'm here to help you pay your subscription seamlessly.

In QuickBooks Online, you can pay via credit or debit card. This includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Direct Debit or House (ACH) bank transfers are also acceptable forms of payment. Just make sure it has a US-based billing address.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings under Your Company, or click Subscriptions and billing under Profile if you have the updated interface.
  2. Review the information, then press Resubscribe.
  3. Enter the updated billing information to Subscribe.

Once you've renewed your account, you'll want to check this link for guidance in managing your subscription: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

On the other hand, a monthly subscription is available for Premier and Plus versions of QBDT. If so, choose a subscription and click Buy now to select Monthly Plan.

To proceed, follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.
  2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details, then Download.
  4. Install QuickBooks Desktop.

See this article to learn more about using this portal: Change, manage, or update your Intuit account with CAMPs.

I'll be here in the Community if you have any additional concerns related to QuickBooks. You can notify me by clicking the REPLY button below. I'll keep an eye on your response. Have a nice day!

I suddenly stopped receiving notification when payment was made online. I have checked all of my settings and nothing has changed. I used the email notices to attach to the invoice to indicate it was paid...what made QB change?

I'll make sure that you receive notification of your payments in QuickBooks Online, cjapeacock.

It appears that there have been no recent changes in QuickBooks. However, it is possible that there has been an update to the email service provider.

Since your settings are already configured properly, there are a few other things you can check. First, access your email and review your Spam and Junk folders to see if the emails you're looking for are being sent to the wrong folder. If you find the emails in these folders, you can move them to the correct folder.

To ensure you're able to receive electronic correspondence from Intuit, you can add Intuit's email addresses to your contact list:

Add the following to your contacts:

  • Payments@intuit.com
  • Notification@email.merchantcenter.intuit.com
  • PaymentNotification@email.paymentsolutions.intuit.com
  • BusinessServices@intuit.com
  • quickbooks@notification.intuit.com
  • ReplyTo@QBDT.intuit.com
  • do_not_reply@intuit.com

Then send an email to any of the email addresses. This helps your internet service or domain provider recognize it as a friendly contact.
