How do I activate the $38.50 per mo pricing for my new client? The subscription has it at $55? It is billed to my account, as needed to achieve the $38.50 rate, but I see no way to choose that option unless I create a new client - which I can't do because it won't let me use the same company name. ??

No, this issue had nothing to do with a price increase. It was a mix-up when creating the new company. Someone resolved the issue by manually correcting the monthly price from the $55 to the "as advertised" price of $38.50 per month.
