QB's Desktop Premier 2021 - Unable to Sign into my account after logging in

I'm here to help share how you can sign in to your account, @ANAjim56.

Let's run one of the QuickBooks Tool functions to get rid of the error message. This way, you can log back into your account and invoice your customers. Let me show you how.

  1. Download the QuickBooks Tool hub.
  2. Open and install the downloaded file.
  3. On the QuickBooks Tool app, select Company File Issues.
  4. Select Quick Fix my File.
  5. Click OK.

From here, let the tool completely run and relaunch QuickBooks. I'm adding this article to understand more how you can utilize the tool: How to use File Doctor to Fix Company File Issues in QuickBooks Desktop?

You can also check this reference with the helpful steps you can follow to fix some of the specific error messages you may receive in the future: Error 6073 and 99001, QuickBooks is Unable to Open this Company File.

Don't hesitate to post again here if you have other questions about logging in and working with your account. I'm always around happy to help. Take care and stay safe!
