Hi,
I'm trying to reimport my company file into QBO within the 60 day timeframe. It worked fine the first time, but now when I try to import the company, the process goes right to "We're moving your data to the cloud" with the green progress bars, completes that and takes me to the screen to download the Desktop app, but I never get an email saying that the files are ready.
I have a feeling it's because the conversion process is bypassing the screens where I sign in, pick my company from the list, etc. Do I need to clear my cache, sign out?
Thanks!
