I have a client who created a new QBO account, but set himself up in the Accountant platform instead one of the paywall accounts. He's already set up bank feeds and other entries. Also created his vendors as clients, so there's that too. He doesn't need anything more than Simple Start at this time.
How do I get his account converted to Simple Start? Hoping we don't have to recreate everything in a new account.
