Quickbooks has told me my account would change to a same to next day deposit speed. First, via email in Feb. Then, via three separate calls. Yet, it's still on 5 days?!?

I've been told they had an error an my account should have switched over. I've had multiple people say they'll fix it. Not sure what else to do at this point.

This isn't the kind of experience we want you to have in changing your deposit speed with QuickBooks Online (QBO), @zack9. With this, I'm here to guide you on the actions you need to help take care of this matter.

Based on your description above, I can tell that you're using QuickBooks Payments to take credit, debit, or ACH bank transfer payments in QuickBooks. Deposit speeds depend on the product you're using and the type of payment you've processed.

To learn more about deposit speeds and when QuickBooks deposits customer payments into your bank account, you can refer to this article: Get paid faster with next-day deposits.

On the other hand, since the Community is a public forum, and we'll need to collect some personal information to pull up your QuickBooks Payments account, I'd recommend contacting our Merchant Services team again. They can securely pull up your account details and has the necessary tools to change your deposit schedule to a same or next day deposit speed successfully. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO company.
  2. Go to the Help (?) menu.
  3. Select the Search tab.
  4. Click the Contact Us button.
  5. Enter a brief description of your concern in the What can we help you with? field.
  6. Select Continue.
  7. Choose a way to connect with us. Make sure to initiate contact during support hours to assist you on time. Contact Support QBO US.PNG

In keeping with this, I'm adding this article to answer the most frequently asked questions about QuickBooks Payments: FAQs. It includes topics about funding status, payments processing, account management, to name a few.

Let me know how it goes by leaving a comment below. It'll be my pleasure to help you here in the Community if you have any other payments and deposit speed concerns in QBO. Take care, and I wish you continued success, @zack9.
