Quickbooks Online Cancelled my Subscription

SHOCKED to find that Quickbooks cancelled my Online Plus and Payroll subscription! Am actively talking with my sales rep as to why my discounted subscription was cancelled and by whom as it WAS NOT ME! Am being told the pricing I had, paid in full end of May 2024, will not be available. 

Has anyone else found their Quickbooks account cancelled without their authorization?

To begin with, please know that there are two ways to cancel an account in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can either request the cancellation through our support team or initiate the cancellation by navigating to the Subscriptions and billing section in your QBO account.

Since you mentioned that you did not initiate the cancellation or contact the support team for the cancellation, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Support team once again to have this matter further investigated. They have the necessary tools and expertise to thoroughly examine your account and provide specific guidance on the best course of action for your situation.

 

Here's how to reach a live representative:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO company, then go to Help (?).
  2. Click on Search, then Contact Us.
  3. Choose a specific topic or Ask about something else. Type in a short description in the box provided.

  4. Choose to Chat with us or get a Callback to connect with us.

Quickbooks Online Cancelled my Subscription

 

I have been dealing with the exact same issue since July 8th.  Just tried one last time to get subscription back and was told by customer service and I quote 

 

1) Quickbooks has made the decision that they will not allow you to use your account

2) I can not provide you with a reason for this decision.

3) I can not provide you with contact information for anyone who made this decision.

4) Quickbooks will not refund any of your annual subscription cost of 2379 even though Quickbooks cancelled the subscription after only one month without explanation.

5) When I asked " how can you stand to work for a company with this philosophy " her response was " I can not do any work right now because you are keeping me on the phone. "  

6) What a classy company !!!!

Quickbooks Online Cancelled my Subscription

Use QB Desktop. At least you can secure your company files at any time to convert to another program if necessary.
