QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT

Intuit cancelled our subscription on July 8, 2024.  We had over 11 months remaining on our subscription at that time.  I have contacted customer support constantly since that date trying to get our service restored.  I get the answer from customer service that " yes, i see what you are referring to but this has to go to back office ". promise high priority and resolution within 48 hours.  Back office never does anything, never contacts you back to explain what the issue is or make any contact.  They have totally screwed us and could not care less.  Their ads are pure bull crap if this is how they treat their customers.  Every person in management at that company should be ashamed of their behavior.

QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT

It's not what we want you to feel, Donald. I can see the challenges you've faced with your QuickBooks subscription due to the unexpected cancellation and the ongoing support issues.

To restore your account or subscription, I recommend contacting our customer support team again. This way, they can securely access your account details, investigate the cause of the cancellation, and follow up on your case. Since Community is a public forum, we're unable to pull up your account information here.

You can also check this link to reactivate your account: Resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

Additionally, visit this page to manage your billing, payment, and subscription information. It helps you keep track of your subscription and handle your account smoothly.

I can imagine how disruptive this must be, especially with 11 months remaining on your subscription. Your experience is important to us, and we take these matters seriously. Let me know if you have other concerns with your QuickBooks subscription. I'm here to help.

QUICKBOOKS SUPPORT

Same story - we should be able to help but sorry you have to go through channels.  My point was somebody in management needs to give the " back office "  a kick in the butt  and tell them to start responding to customers.

Social media is full of complaints but you guys don't do anything .
