Join nowI have canceled my subscription to quickbooks desktop enterprise because of the price and it wasn't what I was looking for i guess I should have done my homework, nevertheless I went with quickbooks online which is more cost efficient and what I was looking for as a small business owner. My question is that given the whole pandemic n what not im trying to be patient but how long before I get my refund for my canceled subscription to quickbooks desktop enterprise, because it took a matter of seconds to charge my account n deduct the cost for this software that I never used. Should I have been credited the money I paid if I purchased the product n canceled it since last week?

You can contact our QuickBooks Support to inquire and check the refund of your canceled subscription on your QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise account.

Note: The support hours of QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Plus product is 6:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M Monday to Friday. And for Saturday, it's 6:00 A.M to 3:00 P.M. However, if you're using QuickBooks Enterprise, you can contact us any time, any day.

The reports & tax summary's are not working on the Spanish Version and this have been for nearly 2 weeks now. Can you let me know what you are going to do about the cost of the monthly subscription as we are paying full price for software that is not working properly ?
