Removing a company from your profile isn't possible. What your client can do is hide the company by clicking the three dots next to it and choose Hide. Furthermore, ensure that the company not in use is canceled to avoid unnecessary charges.

To add a new company to your profile, your client can subscribe to a new plan using the same login credentials. Once subscribed, the new company will be displayed in your profile.
