Resubscribe is showing up blank

Thanks for being a part of the Community, @Livadas.

There's no known issue at this time that would explain why your resubscribe window would not be displayed. You'll want to try some browser troubleshooting to ensure that it's not a browser issue you're experiencing here.

As you start basic troubleshooting, try the following:

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Clear your browser's cache.
  3. Add Intuit as a trusted site.
  4. To have the best and most secure experience with Tsheets, use a supported, up-to-date browser
  5. Lastly, try this in an incognito browser.

I'd love to know if any of these resolve the issue you are seeing. Please reach back out if this persists, and we can take a look at other options to move forward. Take care!

Resubscribe is showing up blank

I was chatting with someone named Dennis at Intuit about this issue. He had me try on Google Chrome for Mac, and Google Chrome for iOS. I also tried on Firefox, Safari and Chrome for PC. I downloaded the app too - nothing worked and it was a big white screen each time. There are no errors. I asked him if maybe my Company was cancelled or in suspension. He didn't know and said it was peculiar to him. Our chat timed out while he was trying to ask around. I then submitted a callback request. It said we will call you in 5 minutes but it has been nearly an hour. I'm trying to pay you guys $70/month here!

Resubscribe is showing up blank

I wish I could make it better, @Livadas.

Let me make it up to you and help share how you can resubscribe your inactive account.

To start with, let's consider changing the web address of your account after logging in to resubscribe. Let me illustrate:

  • From - cxx.qbo.intuit.com/app/subscribe
  • To - cxx.qbo.intuit.com/app/homepage

Once done, you can ahead and resubscribe your account. To do so:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under YOUR COMPANY, select Accounts and Settings.
  3. Select Billing and Subscription.
  4. Click Subscribe.

On top of that, I've also included this reference for a compilation of articles you can use while working with us: Account Management for QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other questions, please let me know in the comments below. I'll be here to lend a hand.
