As of the moment, there isn't an integrated way to upload a list of retail returns in a CSV file format. In QuickBooks Desktop including the Accountant version, the Import tool only lets you upload a CSV file of your list of names and items.
With this, let's consider manually entering them manually and making sure the retail return is associated with the correct vendor name accordingly. While the option to upload transactions in CSV file format, I'd recommend letting our product developers know by sending feedback.
This way, they'll know of your need to upload a list of transactions in a CSV file format. You can let them know by following the steps below:
- Go to Help.
- Select Send Feedback Online.
- Click Product Suggestion.
- Enter a few words describing your request in the Here is my suggestion: field.
- Select Send Feedback.
- Click Close Window.
