I Follow these exact instructions. Then came up with a phone number To call and finish the process. When I call the number it says that phone number is not accessible from my area. I want to cancel my subscription to the online QuickBooks. I purchased desktop for my computer as it serves my needs better.

If you're unable to get in touch with our Customer Care team in-product, you can try contacting them through our website on the Contact Us page. Once there, choose QuickBooks Online from your Which product is your question about? drop-down list, then select Continue.
