Hi there, @nancivnpac.
Thanks for performing the troubleshooting steps above provided by @RenjolynC.
I've conducted a thorough research here and found out that our engineers are still preparing this form to ensure it's accuracy. Please know that the tax payments may also be unavailable for processing while this work is being performed.
The new 941 form for Quarter 1 of 2020 has not been released yet. We'll see 2019 as the date until that form has been updated. We're unable to determine the exact date when they will be finished. Rest assured, we will always do our best to release them as soon as possible and there's no need to contact your state or federal agency.
We'll also keep you in the loop on our progress and will share any details as soon as we have them.

If the period shows in 2020, then we can go back to your regular browser and clear the temporary internet file cache. This helps freshen up the settings on your browser.
Here's an article for instructions: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
As an alternate solution, you can use a different browser.
Please let me know how the troubleshooting went. I'm just a few clicks away. Take care!
