I talked to multiple QBO support reps a month ago about this and went through all the steps of clearing cache, private browser windows, multiple browsers, etc., and the report is still exhibiting the same problems. At one point, QBO informed me that this report had "known problems" and that I should try using a different report.
I am now trying this avenue of informing QBO in the hopes that it will be more successful in getting the report actually fixed.

Currently, we've received reports that customers are unable to organize the Sales by Product/Service Summary Report. Rest assured, we're prioritizing and working hard to get this fixed. The case code is INV-44597.

Same problem here. I don't even know how many times I've contacted customer support about this issue. I hope it gets fixed soon. Totally feel your frustration.

I'll help you out with this issue. The investigation for it was tagged as resolved.
Since you stated that you have the same problem, I suggest you go through the troubleshooting below:
Open your browser's private window. It will help isolate a possible problem caused by stored cache.
If the Product/Service Summary report works fine, you can proceed with clearing your browser's cache. Otherwise, open a different browser that's available to you.
In case the issue persists, then I suggest contacting our Technical Support team for further assistance. They can investigate the cause of this issue, as well as provide a solution for you.

That investigation was NOT "resolved." It was duplicative (because so many people are having the same issue with this particular report), so the prior investigation was closed and merged with Investigation Number INV-44597, which is ongoing and remains open. (I know this because after I posted earlier, I contacted QBO support, again, and got an update). Clearing the cache doesn't fix this problem. Been there, done that.
Yep, definitely not resolved yet.
Having the same problem here. The report is missing entire product and sub-product categories.

Currently, Intuit's Product Investigation Team has confirmed that our engineers are investigating this issue with the Product/Service Summary Report. Once there's more details to share, affected users who've been added to our investigation ticket will be updated through email communications.
If you haven't contacted our Customer Care Team and had yourself added to INV-44597, I'd recommend getting in touch with them so you'll receive emails about updates surrounding this problem.

2. Choose Contact Us.
3. Enter a description of your situation in the What can we help you with? field, then hit Let's talk.
4. You'll be presented with a few options for connecting with Intuit. Select Start messaging or Get a call.
