Trouble with quickbooks workforce

I am having trouble accessing my account and my direct deposit information. I had an intuit account before and provided my employer with the same email for quickbook workforce and my account is saying I don't have workforce.

Thanks for joining the Community space, @lexis. Allow me to help you access your workforce account. That way, you can view your direct deposit information, paychecks, and W-2s.

 

You'll want to reach out to your employer and let them resend the invites for you. That way, you'll receive an email with a link to set up and use QuickBooks Workforce to add personal info to view pay stubs and W-2s.
