Trying to connect my quickbooks to my shopify business account and it will not allow me. Anyone else having issues signing in with evolve 7trust?

To verify my understanding, are you trying to connect your Shopify account from the Banking screen?

If so, that may be why you're not able to locate it. Shopify accounts have to be connected to QuickBooks with our Shopify Connector app.

Here's how:

1. Sign in to your books with a web browser.
2. From the left navigation bar, go to Apps.
3. Find and install Shopify Connector by QuickBooks.
4. Click Connect.
5. Select Connect to Shopify.
   
6. In your Enter Domain field, enter the URL for your Shopify store.
   
7. Log in to the account.

In the event you're already using our Shopify Connector by QuickBooks app, but can't find your Shopify domain (URL) and/or login credentials, I'd recommend getting in touch with Shopify support. They'll be able to help you locate and/or retrieve that information.

I'd say QB Commerce Accounting has less features than the original QB Commerce (TradeGecko). I  recommend our clients to use 3rd party apps instead.

Totally feel you, had the same issue trying to connect QuickBooks to Shopify with Evolve and 7Trust. It just wouldn’t work, and I was going in circles.

I ended up switching to Synder and honestly, it’s been a lifesaver. It connects Shopify and QuickBooks automatically, pulls in all the sales, fees, taxes, no drama, no manual fixes. Everything just syncs the way it should. Way less stress, and I don’t have to think about it anymore. If you’re over the tech headaches, definitely check it out.

We finally settled on Parex Bridge and have been very happy.  It gives you control over where it puts things in your system.
