Hi! We are moving from another ecommerce platform to Shopify and form QB Desktop to QB Online. I am attempting to set-up the Integrations between Shopify and QB Online and I am running into some issues:
1. Shopify Connector by QuickBooks did not appear in the app store
2. Shopify Connector by QuickBooks is not showing any reviews and is not downloading an app when I click the Get App button, rather it is redirecting to my Sales Channel
We are trying to Synch Product and Inventory data with QB and believe that this is the right way to do this based on the following help articles:
https://quickbooks.intuit.com/app/apps/appdetails/shopify/
Did I pick the wrong day to do this??
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated, two calls to support have yielded no help!

After 20 mins on the phone with support, who stated that I needed to contact Shopify support for integration issues, I finally got the news from Onesaas chat support:
"Unfortunately, the OneSaas app is no longer offered to US-based customers which is why you no longer see it in the Shopify app store. On the other hand, QuickBooks Online released QuickBooks Commerce Tab, which is available to US based customers."
The QBO Commerce tab has replaced the connector app and Inventory and Product synching is no longer available despite all of the support articles saying the opposite!

This is unusual behavior, TheTokenShop.
The steps you performed are correct. The issues could be browser-related. The outdated stored cache can affect the program's performance.
To resolve this, I'd suggest logging in to your QuickBooks Online account via a private window. Doing so helps us determine if there's an issue with the browser.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Once logged in, connect the Shopify again . If it works, let's clear the browser's cache to ensure the program performs efficiently. Otherwise, you can use other supported browsers.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again. They're equipped with tools to check the cause. It'll also allow them to submit a ticket to our engineering team to alert them about the issue if necessary.
Additionally, I've added an article that'll help you learn more about moving the items from your system to QuickBooks Online through QuickBooks Connector: Manage the Push of Products.
I'm only a few clicks away if you need assistance managing your items in QuickBooks. It's always my pleasure to help you out again.
Thank you for the reply, I have taken your suggestion and used an incognito browser. The same experience happened. The Connector App takes me to the Connect Sales channel section of QBO, which does not sync product or inventory data.
Did Quickbooks Connector get a recent update? It is no longer showing any reviews and seems to not really work!

There is something wrong with the Connector App, it no longer has any reviews and no longer performs, during installation, in the way the help articles say that it should.
I didn't see any announcements about it but maybe they are focusing on QB Accounting Commerce feature to integrate with Shopify. You are using QBO US version, correct?
Yes I am, the sales channel connector only does sales, it doesn't touch products or inventory, which is a huge loss for the functionality of the connector. Support seems to have no idea either.
Thanks for coming back, TheTokenShop.

It means you need to have a 3rd party inventory management app to connect Shopify and QBO.
