In order to manage all aspects of QB, there are 4 types of Admin loggings, 1- QB Desktop Admin, 2-QB Users Admin in the desktop, 3- accounts.intuit.com 4- camps.intuit.com . God forbid if previous employee with admin rights ends up dead or terminated on bad terms, then, the business that is paying these stupid people must spend days and hours with their nightmarish support to resolve the issue. I have been struggling for 4 weeks now. Cannot add users as the result yet. They have me on a vicious cycle now that I keep uploading my DL and my Biz License, and I keep getting "DL not loaded" a couple of days later. I am going to switch to a different platform and will never look back.
To access CAMPS as Primary Contact is the most important. We always remind our clients to use an email address with their own domain name or those shared among key persons. You can purchase a third party service to reset Admin password to access company files, but not for CAMPS. Finally, you can purchase a 3rd service to convert data from QB Desktop Enterprise to an ERP program or cloud-based accounting application.

Hi there @1NTUIT-SUCKS. First, thank you for sharing your experience here so that I can share with our team. We never want it to be this difficult to make important changes during an already turbulent time. I've also escalated this to our Tier 2 support team so that they can assist in getting this resolved and making sure all of the permissions on your account are adjusted correctly. They should have reached out this morning via phone and email.

This isn't a nonsense. Once you are unable to access your CAMPS as Primary Contact, you will be in a very difficult position. Unless you're being ignorant or just trolling here 8p
