Hi there, @cheesus & earthkeeperinc.
The Reports menu can be seen on the left panel of your QuickBooks Online account. You can review the Menu settings to check if it was hidden. Let me show you how:
- In the left panel, Click Menu settings.
- Select Customize this menu.
- Look for the Reports box and make sure that it was checked.
- Click Save.
You can also review your invoices and customers in the Invoices and Customers sections under the Sales menu. If you can't see this, follow the steps above to view it.
If you're still unable to find these lists, we can run some troubleshooting steps.
Sometimes, unexpected behavior in QuickBooks occurs due to cache build-up in regular browsers and can be the reason why you're getting this experience.
To check, open your accounts in a private window. Use either of these keyboard shortcuts to access this mode:
- For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari browser: Command + Option + P
If it works, go back to your main browser and clear its cache. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers as an alternative.
I'll also share these resources about reviewing sales and managing reports or customers in QuickBooks:
