In QuickBooks Online (QBO), every report has unique filters. The screenshot provided by my colleague above is a different report which is why it doesn't look like it on your screenshot. When running the Statement of Activity Detail report, you can select Name for the Rows/Columns as Full name is not available on this report.
As for your other concern, you can run the Deposit Detail report to show all your deposits, with the date, donor or vendor, and amount. From there, it'll show all the name of the donor for multiple lines on the deposit.
You can check this article for detailed guidance on how to run reports in QuickBooks Online. From here, you can customize reports in QuickBooks Online.
If there's anything else I can help with or have any other questions, feel free to post here anytime. I'd be here to answer it for you. Have a great day.

Thanks for your reply. My dropdown for rows/columns does not look like the screen shot you included. Can't figure out how to paste a screenshot into this text box, but I have attached a file with the shot.
As you can see there is no "Full Name" choice and "Name" is already checked.
Actually - I think I have figured it out. The transactions where it does not show are bank deposits where there was more than one line to the deposit (i.e. multiple checks deposited). It shows if there is only one line to the deposit transaction. Is there any way around this? A bank deposit with multiple lines is pretty standard and a report that does not show me the donor for every line is not very useful.

I will accept these answers as the solution, but I can't say it is a solution that I like.
