I recently purchased the Desktop Plus Pro advisor bundle. I cannot in any way find any desktop training or certification courses in my ProAdvisor training area. Even if I find a desktop course in Accountant University and click "sign in to start", it takes me to my pro advisor training area with only QB Online courses. I'm about ready to ask for a refund.

I can see the effort you exhaust in trying to access the QBDT Training.
We'll need to ensure first that your membership is still active. Active status of QuickBooks Desktop ProAdvisor membership is needed to be eligible in taking them. If your membership is still active, let's contact our Support Team to check your access.
Within your QuickBooks Company file, select QuickBooks Desktop Help from the Help menu. You can also press F1 on your keyboard to bring up the same Help panel.
To route you to the correct support expert, we need to know what type of question you have. Give a brief description of your issue, you can include the refund request if you need to. Then, click Continue.

I wish you could help me @SarahannC ! So far, in my chats and conversations with various Quickbooks support lines, I have not made any progress. I will have to try again tomorrow. The most promising phone connection was closed for the day. Thank you for checking back.
