Let me give you some insights about the Balance Sheet Report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @mattparkdist-opt.
The Balance Sheet Report is available for all versions of QBO (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus). To access the said report, follow these steps:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks.
- Click on Reports at the left pane.
- Search for the report from the Standard section.
- Open the report.
If you don't see the report from there, I recommend logging to QuickBooks as a master admin or user access with permission to access the financial reports since restrictions may affect this behavior.
