Hi,
I'm trying to assign vehicle expenses by using the "vehicle" icon/dropdown but under my QBSE I don't see this pull-down menu showing or the vehicle icon to assign the transaction to. I added my vehicle to QBSE so I don't know why this isn't showing.
Does anyone know what is causing this issue?
Thank you.

I was able to resolve this issue on my own. For anyone else having this issue I just ended up trying to a another vehicle under my "Manage Vehicles" section. Once I did that the "Vehicle" dropdown menu magically appeared. It seems like there are some bugs with the QBSE platform.
I then just set my original vehicle as in-active.
Hello @Dali748, it's great to have you here. I'm here to assist you with the issue of the vehicle dropdown not appearing in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).
To ensure that vehicle expenses are tracked and assigned properly, you need to categorize transactions as vehicle-related expenses, such as Gas & Fuel, Insurance, and others. Below is a screenshot for your reference.

Thank you for the quick reply.
I do have it saved as “Gas and Fuel”, the only difference I see compared to your screenshot is mine doesn’t say “Schedule C” like it does on yours.
I categorized it by selecting “Vehicle” and then “Gas and Fuel”…is this not the correct category I should be picking?
Ty.
Thanks for returning to this conversation, Dali748. I'm joining here to provide further details.
The Schedule C for car and truck transactions appears when you expand the transaction. You can click the collapsible arrow. Please refer to the sample screenshot below.
If the Schedule still doesn't appear on your end, I recommend accessing your QBO account in an incognito window to see if cached data is causing the issue.
You can also try using other supported browsers. I suggest using the most recent versions of well-known browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari for the optimal experience with our system.

Ok, I do see the "Schedule C" section when I click the down arrow but I still have my original issue. You can see in the screenshot image that the Vehicle pull-down menu still isn't showing.
I opened QBSE in an incognito window so there is no cache issues but I still don't see the Vehicle pull-down menu showing.
Hi there, Dali748.
