Let's figure out the cause of why the Profit and Loss report is blank when printing in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
It's not something with the printer causing this issue. It's possible the print screen is already open in the background or an Adobe update is available. To avoid issues with printing and other problems, let's make sure we use a supported, up-to-date browser.
Once done, check that the Print screen is not behind all of your open windows. Let me guide you on how:

I am having the same issue today. I updated my Mac to iOS 14.0 two days ago, and then I had to download my new printer drivers (using a Canon Image Class MF236n printer). I have tried all of the troubleshooting including restarting my printer and computer again; saved the reports as a PDF and then tried printing outside of QBO. The reports show up blank on paper and also one time on my screen when I viewed as a PDF. I figured it's related to the latest software update. Any help on this? I'm attaching a printed one page that comes out blank.

KayePe,
I don't regularly use Adobe as Mac defaults to "Preview" as their PDF application.
KayePe,
I did verify I have the latest version of Adobe just to check that end. Again, I don't default to that, but my adobe is up to date. No change in what appears.

Sometimes, excessive cache buildup on regular browsers can lead to unexpected issues with the program. This might explain the black screen you encounter when printing reports in QuickBooks.
To fix this, let's open your account using an incognito/private browser. Your browser's cache and cookies become corrupted, leading to errors or unexpected behaviors. Refer to these shortcut keys to access this mode:
If this private session works, clear the cache in your main browser to refresh it. Doing so can help resolve issues related to stored cache and cookies. Alternatively, you can try using other supported browsers.
Additionally, you can customize reports to focus on details that matter the most to your business and save those settings for future use.
