Reconciliation Report Printing: When trying to print the report, after clicking the PRINTER icon, it opens a new window that is blank. It prints a blank page.

I can think of two scenarios for this, mccaskill1.

 

If you're using QuickBooks Online on a web browser, let's run some troubleshooting steps. Let's determine why the reconciliation report shows blank when printing. 

 

Let's start by using an incognito window. This is the best place to identify any browser-related issue. You can use these shortcut keys to open this window:

 

Once you're able to print the report successfully, we can go back to a regular browser and clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason why we experienced some unexpected issues on the pages we've opened.

 

If you're trying to print the report on a desktop app, we have an ongoing issue about this. Our engineers are still on hands to find the main cause of this concern. However, I have a workaround for you.

 

We can print the reconciliation report using a different supported browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari,

  1. From the ? Help icon, click Contact Us.
  2. Enter The reconciliation report show as blank when printing.
  3. Click Let's talk.
