Recurring Payments Double Charged

For the last 3 months several of my customers have been double charged their recurring payments. I have contacted intuit and opened a ticket twice and have had very little if any feedback from that process. It does not happen with everyone, furthermore, one of my customers has moved and thus their account was entirely suspended but it is still being charged with what was their old amount. I would very much like to speak with someone over the phone about this issue so that I can get it resolved before i have to shut down my account entirely and find a different company.

Since you've already opened a ticket, please contact our Customer Care Team through this link: Contact Payments Support. Our experts will pull up your account and review your previous cases, then perform a series of tests to resolve the issue. You can provide the ticket number to our representative to expedite the process.


Additionally, we're unable to cancel an on-hold or suspended customer payment. It will still go through once the review process is completed. For more information about this topic, you can read this article: What to do if customer payments are on hold.
