Renew subscription on home screen and payment has been made back on March 17th. I have done a update on my payroll every day and it clears for that day - what is wrong?

You can get subscription alerts when:

To get past this behavior, let's verify the status of your Payroll subscription. No worries, I'm going to walk you through this process:

  1. Go to the Employees tab, then My Payroll Service.
  2. Select Manage Service Key.
  3. In the Status column, verify if it says Active.
  4. You can also view your subscription status by pressing Ctrl + K on your keyboard.
  5. If the status says Active, click the Edit button.
  6. Press Next.
  7. Uncheck the Open Payroll Setup - I want to start right tick box.
  8. Hit Finish.

Let me know how this goes for you! If you have additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate and reach back out to me. I'm always here to help.

I have done these steps again and the red box disappears from the screen; however it will appear again tomorrow so there has got to be something wrong somewhere. I do not want to have to do this step or update my payroll every day to make that notice disappear from my home screen.

Thanks for your prompt response, @jorr.

Currently, our product engineers are investigating to find the cause and fix of the issue. The case code is INV-43776, where customers are prompt to download the latest payroll updates.
