Restrict fund transfer

I’m a new QuickBooks user and I recently found out that it was possible to transfer funds between bank accounts or to other individuals through QuickBooks. I want to completely disabled this feature, or make sure that it isn’t possible to do through QuickBooks because I have some accountants managing my books.

how do I know that QuickBooks does not have authorization for any of my bank accounts to transfer money? I just want QuickBooks to be able to view my transactions from those accounts.

There is a Transfer feature in QuickBooks Online but this is only for recording purposes and won't affect your actual bank.

It's possible that you're subscribed to Online Bill Pay. This allows you to make payments right from within QuickBooks Online via bank transfer. You can follow these steps to remove this completely:

Click Apps from the left menu and go to My Apps.
Find the Bill.com app and select the Action drop-down menu. Tap Disconnect.
Complete the short questionnaire.
Pick Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.

You'll want to check the QuickBooks Cash accounts and the Cash Flow menu. This is another service that uses bank transfer.
